经过近9个月的缜密侦查，内蒙古巴彦淖尔警方成功破获一起跨省特大制造毒品咖啡因案件，缴获毒品咖啡因180千克和制毒工具若干，抓获主要犯罪嫌疑人33名。

2024年3月，警方在工作中发现一快递包裹中有毒品疑似物，收件人为家住五原县的李某。经工作，民警在五原县一平房内，发现李某等三人购买的制毒原料及制毒工具。4月12日，警方在制毒窝点将李某等三人抓获，并当场查获毒品咖啡因163千克、安钠咖2.2千克、罂粟籽水6.2千克、罂粟0.5千克、鸦片0.0038千克以及制毒工具若干。经对李某讯问，警方将其余14名涉案人员抓获，得知李某上线为“程老四”。

警方顺线追踪、深挖扩线，发现杭锦后旗籍男子许某通过互联网从外省购买毒品原料，其上线亦为“程老四”。警方遂将两起案件并案办理，经不懈努力，在杭锦后旗一制毒窝点将许某、贾某二人抓获，当场查获毒品咖啡因13千克、咖啡因半成品301.85千克、制毒原料434.4千克和制毒工具若干。据二人供述，警方将其余12名涉案人员抓获归案。在外省警方的大力配合下，上线“程老四”在一高速路口被成功抓获。

至此，巴彦淖尔警方成功打掉一个跨省制造贩卖毒品的犯罪团伙。目前，该案正在进一步办理中。
