在国家疾病预防控制局综合司指导下，为推动健康知识普及、提升全民健康素养，由中国疾病预防控制中心牵头，联合北京协和医学院、中国健康教育中心、国家卫生健康委妇幼健康中心、中华预防医学会、中国健康促进与教育协会、中国妇幼健康研究会等单位共同举办“2024中国健康科普大赛”。
大赛设置传染病、慢性病、妇幼健康和五大卫生及其他相关内容等四大主题，音视频、图文和表演等三大形式。现对部分获奖优秀作品进行展播，欢迎大家观看！

在甜蜜的世界里，隐藏着健康的挑战。糖分的过多摄入正在悄悄危害孩子们的健康。当“甜蜜”变成了“负担”，孩子体内的内脏们召开诉苦大会，健健和康康及时伸出援手，制定“减糖减重”干预计划，并携手家长、学校和社区在关键领域采取减糖减重措施，帮助欢欢和乐乐完成逆袭。通过嗜糖危害警示、健康生活方式核心知识倡导、综合干预行为改变，从此主人翁不再嗜糖，崇尚健康生活方式理念，内脏们很开心，体重也有效控制，身体逐渐好转并健康成长。剧情跌宕起伏，突出主题，前后呼应，语言和情节要幽默风趣，充分考虑通用性、普惠性。故事末尾健健和康康传授减糖5要素和体重管理8步走,把减糖减重核心信息全盘托出，为读者提供通俗易懂的科普知识。/健康科普
