除了有成瘾性的风险以外，复方甘草片还有其他的副作用，其中的甘草酸会加速钾元素排出，易导致血内钾浓度降低，如果与利尿药物同时使用可能会出现血钾过低、血压升高等症状。

除了复方甘草片，下面这些披着“天然草本”外衣的植物其实也是隐形毒品，长期吸食不仅不能调理健康，甚至会威胁生命健康。

2、相思树根皮：含强致幻成分，误食可致精神错乱、器官损伤；

3、迷幻蘑菇：含裸盖菇素，致幻效果极强，严重可致永久性精神障碍；

4、卡痛叶：即东南亚“草本鸦片”，长期服用会成瘾，引发呼吸抑制甚至死亡。
