节目邀请来自各行业的优秀女性走进直播间FM101.4，AM1071，讲述她们在各自岗位上热情付出的最美故事，激励广大妇女立足本岗创新实干，为全面建设社会主义现代化大都市、谱写中国式现代化天津篇章贡献巾帼力量。
