国务院国资委新闻中心联合清华大学新闻与传播学院、中国企业联合会发布“央企二级账号新媒体指数”。该指数融合了微信、微博等平台的综合评价指标体系，以700多个中央企业二级新媒体账号数据表现为统计基准，以期全面观察中央企业二级单位新媒体融合传播的全网宣传能力。2025年，指数由月度发布调整为季度发布。

2025年一季度进入指数报告前二十名的企业分别是：国网浙江省电力有限公司、国网江苏省电力有限公司、国网湖北省电力有限公司、国网安徽省电力有限公司、中移在线服务有限公司、中国建筑第八工程局有限公司、中国联合网络通信有限公司客户服务部、国网山东省电力公司、重庆长安汽车股份有限公司、内蒙古蒙牛乳业(集团)股份有限公司、中国石油天然气股份有限公司润滑油分公司、大庆油田有限责任公司、中国葛洲坝集团股份有限公司、中国石化胜利石油管理局有限公司、中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽河油田分公司、中国石油天然气股份有限公司浙江销售分公司、成都天府华侨城实业发展有限公司欢乐谷旅游分公司、招商银行股份有限公司、中国石油集团渤海钻探工程有限公司、国网新疆电力有限公司

在评估标准方面，清华大学新闻研究中心团队和清博团队多次协商、论证，基于对微信平台、微博平台推送内容的传播度、覆盖度及账号的成熟度及影响力的考察，提出一整套算法、公式，确保榜单的客观性、专业性和权威性。

指数模型说明：

1. 统计情况：

文章发布时段：2025年1月31日至3月30日

数据收集时间：2025年4月8日

2. 鉴于企业新媒体在传播受众、信息服务、用户交互等多方面的特殊性，在通用版新媒体指数基础上，进行定制化评估模型的开发，针对中央企业（二级）推出双微指数（双微即微信和微博），具体指标及各平台占比如下：

双微指数榜=微信传播指数50%+微博传播指数50%

3.微信传播指数方面，基于账号的阅读数、点赞数、在看数、主流媒体转发数及发布篇数等维度进行综合评估；

微博传播指数方面，基于账号的发博数、转发数、评论数、点赞数、主流媒体转发数及粉丝增幅等维度进行综合评估；
