党的二十大报告指出，尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然，是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的内在要求。必须牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念，站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展。湘江，自南而北流经湖南全境，承载着源远流长的湖湘文化，是湖南省名副其实的母亲河。湖南省长沙市开福区人民法院坚持用最严格制度、最严密法治保护生态环境，贯彻恢复性司法理念，注重多元共治。湘江环境资源法庭曾获“全国法院先进集体”“全国法院环境资源审判先进集体”。在“6·5世界环境日”的今天，让我们跟着开福法院的绿色足迹，一起见证司法如何倾力守护湘江流域绿水青山。
